About me

Nhu Hoang is a Data Scientist with 5 years experience in Artificial Intelligence, Recommendation system, Time series, deep learning and other SOTA fields. Since August 2020, she become lead Data Scientist at White Narwhal Japan to develop AI solutions and applications for regional and internation clients. She also owns decent experience in Marketing Analytics at Unilever Vietnam (2014-2016) before moved to Japan to pursue higher education.

She received here Master degree from Tohoku University, Japan in September 2018 and received several awards during her study including MEXT full scholarship for researcher award by The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan from 2016 to 2018; and the best oral presentation award in the 11th Vietnam-Japan Scientific Exchange Meeting in Japan.

Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence; Recommendation and Personalization system; Forecasting; Statistical machine learning; Computer Vision; and data mining.
